- 125 grams oil, (olive or grapeseed)
- 5 grams salt
- 500 grams Milk

- Insert butterfly whisk and add 2 egg whites
- Whisk on Speed 3.5 for 2:30 (stiff peaks)
- Remove egg whites and set aside (no need to clean bowl)
- Add 340g flour
- Add 15g baking powder
- Add 50g sugar of choice
- Add 5g salt (approx)
- Add 125g oil
- Add 500g milk
- Add egg yolks
- Mix on speed 4 for 15 seconds (or until combined)
- Fold in egg whites with spatula (can mix on low speed for a few seconds if desired)
- Cook waffles in waffle iron (or make into pancakes)

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
