Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl.

    Cook for 45minutes at 90˚C on Reverse+ speed 1 without Butterfly or Reverse + speed softCounter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" with Butterfly.

    Check for texture, taste and rice cooked through. Enjoy!

    Creamy Breakfast Risotto is different, but in a great way.

    I made it as per recipe, and it was great !!!

    I'd probably use less butter next time.

    Really yummy but too sweet for me breaky time. More of a rice pudding dessert. I'll try adding fresh fruit, like a few others did, to it next time. Thanks for sharing.

    This recipe is awesome. I halved the ingredients, when adding the fruit I ended up putting more than half. I cooked for 32 mins. Thanks for such a yum and easy recipe Big Smile

    Yummy !! will definitely be making this again.  I reduced to 1/4 of quantities for a single, it made two small serves, and cooked for about 30 mins.

    Not too bad... Better than I thought it would be... Might put a bit of Lemmon peel in with it next time to ad some zing to the sweetness...
