  • 150 g raw almonds
  • 140 g walnuts
  • 140 g Cashews
  • 40 g sunflower seeds
  • 40 g pumpkin seed
  • 40 g chia seeds
  • 40 g sesame seeds
  • 40 g flaxseeds
  • 40 g seeds, hemp
  • 2 level tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 level tbsp sweetener
  • 1 portions egg white

Recipe's preparation

    Denise's Sugar and Grain Free Granola
  1. Pre heat oven to 150°C
    Prepare large oven tray and line with baking paper of silicone mat
    Weigh and add all ingredients into bowl
    Turbo Mode 1.0 x 3
    Scape the bowl
    Turbo Mode 1.0 x 3 or more or less depending on preference
    Spread the granola onto the prepared tray
    Cook for 30 minutes without stirring
    Leave to cool completely before crumbling up
    Store in airtight container

Tip

Any nuts or seeds can be swapped according to preference
