Super easy, not sure why I kept hesitating to make mayo! It needs a slight tweak for my personal preference, not sure what it is yet, maybe a bit more salt (was very light handed) or a bit more vinegar or perhaps a little bit of sugar. Will keep use this recipe from now on. So glad to be using the whole egg.
I can usually get just over a week for one lot of mayo in the fridge but it's usually all gone before it goes off
Hi, I was wondering if this can be stored in jars or find out how long it lasts for in a jar/container in the fridge?
Yum, thanks for that . First mayo i ever made
I have just made this and it turned out very creamy and thick. Very nice thanks

Absolutely lovely ... thick and creamy - just the way mayo should be - Thanks for the recipe xxx
Mine was really runny too but I'm just going to use it as salad dressing instead

Yummy recipe. I added too much garlic but I learnt for next time. I made no potato salad to go with the mayo and loved it!!
