Ingredients
- 550 grams Bakers Flour or Bread Flour
- 300 grams Luke Warm Water
- 20 grams olive oil
- half level teaspoon dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt

Place four, water, yeast, olive oil and salt in TM bowl
2. Mix on speed 5 for 10 seconds
3. Turn dial in closed lid position, set for 2 minutes on interval speed
4. Place dough in a plastic bowl that has been greased with olive oil (dough wont stick)
5. Cover with cling wrap and place in fridge overnight
6. When ready to use ball up the dough into 3 balls and cover again and let them sit at room tempreature for an hour. You can then roll out your pizza dough.
Tip
The slower the rise on the dough the better the pizza.
The less yeast used the better the dough
If you want to use pizza dough in the hour please use 2 level teaspoons of yeast and let dough rise out of the fridge in a warm spot.

Have only made quick version with wholemeal flour and 350ml instead of 300ml. Worked great everytime.

This was awesome . I only had the one hour window so increased the yeast as mentioned . It ended up a flat pizza which normally I wouldn't like , however on this occasion I loved it. This is a keeper . Thank you
Great recipe, my first time making pizza dough and worked great, everyone raved. Googled a technique to stretch it and get it round as was failing miserably with a rolling pin 😆 worked great!

This is sensational - make it in advance and you'll never be disappointed. I also applied a little garlic oil on outside of toppings when I put in oven - helps it brown and brings flavour
Has worked every time! The patience to let it slowly rise will pay off.
I try to roll/ press to 0.7-1.0 cm thick- and let it sit on the pizza pans for 30 mins before cooking.
The crust rises with great air pockets, a perfect pizza every time!
