- 140 g Vaalia Lactose Free Pouch
- 1 litres Liddells Lactose Free Prebiotic Milk OR Woolies Free From Lactose Free Full Cream Long Life Milk
- 2 level tbsp white sugar
- vanilla extract, As much as you like

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- 1. Add milk, sugar and vanilla to TM bowl and heat 8 mins 45c speed 2.5
2. Add vaalia yoghurt mix 1 min speed 2.5.
3. Then pour into containers that fit in Varoma.
4. Rinse bowl add 250 ml water and 2 tbspns vinegar.
5. Set to ferment 12hrs 70c.
6. Once finished put in fridge for a couple of hours. Enjoy.

Tip
I have had great results also using Woolies Free From Lactose Free Full Cream Long Life Milk.

mnbsmum: Not grainy at all with less Fermentation time (as p Cookidoo recipes I'm only doing 8 hrs or 7 hrs if I use my freeze dried culture) 100g LF milk powder p 1 L Liddles UHT milk.

Worked really well with good "spoon ability". Thank you.
I'm going to also try with added LF dried milk powder to achieve a bit more luscious mouth feel.
