Ingredients
Gluten Free Honey Chicken
- 1000 grams chicken breast fillets
- 340 grams honey
- 2 tbsp oil
- 200-250 grams water, Depends on how thick you want your batter
- 150 grams GF SR Flour
- 1 egg
- to taste Salt & Pepper
- gf corn flour, Enough to coat chicken prior to batter
- oil, For Frying

- Heat oil in a saucepan for frying the chicken.
- While the oil is heating, cut chicken in to strips, coat in corn flour
- Combine water,GF SR flour egg and salt & pepper in bowl, combine 20 sec speed 3, scrap down and mix again 20 sec speed 3 or until all combined, pour into a bowl, wash and dry bowl.
- Add honey and 2 bsp oil in bowl, 5 mins, 60c, Speed 2
- When oil is hot enough coat chicken strips in batter and fry until cooked through and slightly golden brown, drain on paper towel and continue until all chicken is cooked, then pour over honey and let sit for a few mins then serve.
