  • 410 grams Milk
  • 640 heaped tablespoon water

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1 Grind speed 8 / 5 seconds


    -Quinoa, rice & almonds 

  2. 2 Add & chop speed 5 / 8 seconds


    -bananas, apples & cinnamon

  3. 3 Add & cook 100 degrees / counter-clockwise operation, speed 3 / 16 minutes


    -Milk & water 

  4. 4 Pour in bowls / containers.


    It freezes really well, so you can have a week of breakfast ready to go.


    My son LOVES this - he's requested it for his birthday dinner...

    Can you please confirm the amount of water. 640 heaped tablespoons doesn't sound correct.

    Hi lillybet if I was to freeze do I stop before adding milk - sounds like a great alternative to rolled oats.
