  • 120 grams raw walnuts
  • 130 grams raw cashews
  • 180 grams raw almonds
  • 120 grams raw macadamia nuts
  • 100 grams Pepita Seeds
  • 100 grams sunflower seeds
  • 60 grams Goji Berries, or dried fruit of choice
  • 50 grams Shredded coconut
  • 30 grams honey, or preferred sweetner
  • 30 grams Maple syrup, or preferred sweetner
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Recipe's preparation

    Grain free granola
  1. 1. Turn the oven on 160
    2. Add all nuts, pepita seeds, sunflower seeds and goji berries
    3. Mix 3 seconds speed 5 - maybe 1 to 2 seconds more. It depends on how you want the nuts chopped
    4. Add shredded coconut, honey and maple syrup
    5. Mix 20 seconds reverse speed 2
    6. Spread mix onto 1 or 2 baking trays, press it down so it helps with the clumping process
    7. Place in oven for 5 minutes. Check and it might need a couple more minutes depending on your oven
    8. Leave to cool and then store in an airtight jar
    9. If storing for more than two weeks store in the fridge

To make this low carb use compliant sweetner
