I highly recommend that you read this blog post and watch the video. Although this worked for me first time and I found it straightforward (and completely delicious and amazing!!), there seem to be a number of variables that have led to mixed success with this recipe.
The blog post also gives a nut-free version using coconut flour.

Made these for the first time and they were perfect, so light and soft. I used the 5 tablespoons of psyllium husks and it was around 75gms so my dough held together really well. It does say 5tbs OR 25 grams but that doesn't line up so go with the 5tbs instead
I have made quite a few times with good success however do substitute sunflower seed for almonds. Cheaper and same result. Win win

I've tried these twice and they were perfect. Light and fluffy and satisfying.
marcela3g@optusnet.com.au: did u have any success as I have a runny mixture also
I have heard amazing things with these - is there an egg free version at all?
Made these tonight. Fantastic. Will be making these again.
My mixture turned out runny, anyone know why ?

BEST PALEO ROLLS EVER
love this recipe it's a winner,it's by far the closest to bread, I make 5 flat hamburger style rolls, so they are larger than pictured.I also use them for toast sliced in half if not using for breakfast bacon and eggs rolls or hamburgers. Tip make sure you have a silicone mat as quiet sticky to work with.
Made these tonight and they were great. Mine were a bit like a porridge consistency too but I just spooned it onto the baking paper and they held their shape and cooked fine. I had with soup for tea. Being a diabetic I avoid white bread and carbs most of the time so these are great and I think they would be lovely with some ham and salad. The apple cider vinegar taste was unusual but still enjoyable. Thank you. 😃
