Banana Bread Sugar Free

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 medium bananas, cut into chunks
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup vegetal oil
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, optional

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre heat oven to 180*C. Grease a loaf tin and set aside.

    Place bananas into mixing bowl and mash 5sec/speed6.

    Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon in the mixing bowl and beat 20sec/speed4.

    Add egg and orange juice mix 10sec/speed4.

    Add raisins (and walnuts, if using it) 20sec/speed4/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"

    Pour into a greased loaf pan.

    Bake for 40-50 min or until nife inserted comes out clean.

    Cool in a wire rack.
