Ingredients

  • 450 g bakers flour
  • 7 g dried yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 90 gram Greek yoghurt
  • 185 g warm water
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 30 g melted ghee
  • toasted nigella seeds

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add warm water, yeast, salt, flour, yoghurt and oil to the TM bowl.

    Mix for 5 seconds on speed 7.

    Set dial to closed lid position. Knead 2 minutes on Interval speed.

    Place dough in an oiled bowl or wrap in Silicon Baking mat. Leave in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

    Preheat oven to 250 C. Preheat pizza stone for 40 mins.

    Punch down the dough and divide into 6-8 portions.

    Roll out each portion on a lightly floured surface to long oval shape (12 x 20 cm).

    Spray both sides of dough with oil. Bake in batches on pizza stone for 5 mins or until puffed and light golden.

    Brush with ghee and top with seeds.

    Wrap in foil to keep warm while making the rest.

  2. Instead of brushing with ghee, try brushing with melted garlic butter.
