Almond Butter Bark
- 100 g raw almonds
- 50 g coconut oil
- 10 g coconut flakes
- 20 g Rice malt syrup

Grind raw almond for 20 seconds on speed 7
Add coconut oil and warm for 2 minutes, speed 3, 70 degrees.
Add coconut flakes and rice malt syrup and stir on reverse, speed 2 for 10 seconds.
Spread onto baking baper on a tray. Freeze for 20 minutes. Snap into shards and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
