1. Put almonds, cashews, apricots, cacao powder, LSA and protein powder in Thermomix Blend for 20 seconds on speed 8.
2. Scrape down sides of bowl using spatula
3. Add coconut oil and blend for 20 seconds on speed 4.
4. Roll into a small ball in your hand then roll in desiccated coconut to coat.

Place in sealed container and leave in fridge until ready to enjoy.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
