Recipe's preparation

  1. Place biscuits in jug and mix on speed 7 for 10 seconds (or until biscuits resemble crumbs).

Add cream cheese and mix on speed 6 until the cheese and biscuits are totally incoporated. Scrape down sides of bowl if required.

Roll mixture into small balls. If desired, roll balls in cocoa/chocolate sprinkles etc or coat with melted chocolate.

Tip

These make great home made gifts in truffle boxes.

We made these for gifts and my husband loved the mix when he tasted it in the bowl and even more so after the balls were made and stored in the fridge. These were so easy to make and he and our friends thought they were delicious. We rolled half in cacao and left the other half without a coating. Thank you for the recipe.

Made these for a party on the weekend, they were hogged down.  Dipped them in some melted choc on lollypop sticks for some extra choc indulgence. x

Yummy and easy to make! I didn't have any cream cheese so I used sour cream and it worked just as well!!

These are delicious! I didn't have mint slice so I changed the flavours up a

bit. I used choc coated guide girl biscuits & milk choc buds. Rolled in coconut.

Tasted just like chocolate cheesecake! Mmm  tmrc_emoticons.)  Love

I had lots of fun making these, and my 18 month old enjoyed 'helping'.
