- 80 grams good quality milk or dark chocolate
- 2 egg yolks
- 500 grams coconut cream
- 100 grams raw sugar
- 1 heaped tsp Vanilla Bean Paste

Place chocolate into the TM bowl and grate 10sec/speed 8. Remove from bowl and set aside.
Place the rest of the ingredients into the TM bowl and cook 5min/80C/speed 4.
Place mixture into a stainless steel bowl and cool 30 min.
Stir though the grated chocolate and place in freezer for 4 hours or until firm but NOT frozen.
Remove ice-cream from freezer, cut into medium chunks and put back into the TM bowl.
Mix 20sec/speed 9 then 10sec/speed 4 using spatula to help.
Return to freezer in container of choice. Ready to serve 4-5 hours.

Delicious! The mixture was easily transferable to the ice ream maker. Kids liked the grated chocolate as it gives extra crunch.
