Recipe's preparation

    Chocolate Mousse
  1. Place all ingredients into in TM bowl, and click butterly into place.

  2. Whip on speed 4 for 20-60 seconds, to a really thick consistancy but not to far as to make butter.

  3. And thats it! Really simple, whip it in a minute dessert. Play around with the taste and quantities, thats all i did. The icing sugar is not nessesary however i did find having the drinking chocolate on its own had a slight bitter taste.

Yes I agree with previous comment. This really just tastes like chocolate flavoured cream. Quick and easy, but not a mousse.

I was a bit disappointed with this. I dont think its sweet enough and there was far too much cream compared to the chocolate. All I can taste is cream. I also whipped it for 40 seconds which turned it to butter. I think the recipe should say whip for 20 seconds then check consistency. Then whip again in intervals until you get the correct consistency. Not to say I wont try it again. I think I will just have to tweak it to suit my taste.

    Cheers

A little too easy perhaps.  Diet, what diet?

Highly recommend. I doubled the recipe and added 1tbl of icing sugar. Only whipped for 20seconds and it was done! Easiest and quickest desert especially if you are entertaining at last minute! tmrc_emoticons.)

Thanks, this was nice. Im not usually a mousse person but this wasn't heavy like normal ones. I used a tablespoon of milo and 2 tablespoon drinking chocolate and it had a nice crunchy taste to it.

Delicious, hubby enjoyed although I used 1TB cacao in place of drinking chocolate, and a little extra icing sugar.  Need to double mixture to obtain a well mixed mousse.

Chocolate mousse in 20 seconds. Made this for the kids to use up some leftover cream. Too easy and very tasty
