- zest 1/2 a tanjello
- 1 egg white
- 1 cinnamon quill

1. Place zest, Cinnamon & sugar into mixing bowl and mill 10 sec / speed 9.
2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with Spatula
3. Place the tangellos & meringue nests into the TM bowl and blend 20 sec / speed 5
4. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with Spatula
5. Add ice and mill 1 min 30 sec / speed 9 with the aid of the spatula.
Cinnamon & Tangello Sorbet
Tip
Top with quirky cooking magic chocolate topping.
