  • 160 g Cadbury Clinkers
  • 250 g Arnotts Marie Biscuits
  • 120 g unsalted butter
  • 400 g sweetened condensed milk

Recipe's preparation

  1. Crush biscuits 5 sec/speed 6. Set aside.
  2. Crush clinkers until they are broken up. Be mindful on this step, you don't want to crush them up too much- you still want to see the colours in the slice. 5 sec/speed 5
  3. Add butter and condensed milk to the Thermomix bowl. 2 min/60°C/speed 2
  4. Add the biscuits and clinkers to TM bowl. 1 min/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 4
  5. Put the mix into a slice tin and press flat. Clean Thermomix bowl and dry to ensure no water remains.
  6. Melt chocolate in TM bowl. 2 min/50°C/speed 3
  7. Pour white chocolate over the base, then the chocolate spread thinly across the top. Sprinkle remaining clinkers on the top.
  8. Place into fridge until set.
