- 1 sachets Marie biscuits
- 125 g unsalted butter
- 395 g condensed milk
- 10mls golden syrup
- 20 g Coconut
- Liquorice Allsorts
- 360 g Cadbury Chocolate

- Place packet of Marie biscuits into mixing bowl and crush 10 sec/speed 7 set aside in a bowl.
- Add butter, condensed milk, golden syrup, desiccated coconut and melt/mix 3 min/60°C/speed 2
- Add Marie biscuits and 3/4 of chopped liquorice all sorts to bowl and mix 15 sec/speed 4
- Place into lined baking tray or slice container and press down flat with the back of a spoon. Place in the fridge while doing chocolate layer.
- Place chocolate into mixing bowl, grind, 5 sec/speed 8
- Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl with spatula. Melt chocolate 2 min/50°C/speed 2 or until chocolate has melted.
- Pour chocolate over the base and then add remaining 1/4 chopped up liquorice allsorts.
- Put into fridge to set. Cut into squares and serve.
