Cranberry, Pistachio and White Chocolate Bark
- 40 grams Cranberries
- 40 grams pistachios
- 375 g white chocolate melts

Line a baking tray & set aside
Place Pistachios in TM bowl
Tm31 - "Closed lid" | Turbo | 1 Second
TM5 - 0.5 Turbo x 1
Set Aside. Rinse & Dry bowl
Weigh the chocolate melts into the TM bowl & chop for 5 seconds | speed 8
Heat chocolate for 2 minutes/50 degrees/speed 3, stopping to scrape down bowl as required to ensure all chocolate is melted
Add pistachios and cranberries except for a small amount of each and mix for 10 Seconds | "Counter-clockwise operation" | speed 2
Tip mixture onto lined baking tray & use spaula to evenly spread
Place the remaining pistachios and cranberries to the top the bark for added colour
Refridgerate for 30 mintues or until set
Break chocolate bark into large pieces or cut into triangles
