  • 1800 g UHT milk
  • 120 g caster sugar
  • 300 g milk powder
  • 1.5 tablespoon Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 110 g Pot set Yoghurt

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place 1800g UHT milk in bowl heat for 5 minutes on 37 degrees on speed 0.5.

    2. Add powder milk,caster sugar, vanilla bean paste and yoghurt to milk .

    3. 5 minutes on speed 3.

    4. Place mixture in white thermoserver.

    5. Wash bowl.

    6. Place 300g of water and 60 g of lemon juice into bowl.

    7. Place white Thermoserver into varoma.Place varoma onto Thermomix®️.

    8 Select fermenting mode 10 hours on speed 2.

    9. Once completed place in fridge to cool. Serve as is or with fruit coulis or fresh fruit

Tip

Before starting the yoghurt 300g water and 1 tablespoon of vinegar and place bowl on pre wash. Then rinse and dry bowl.
