- 310 g plain flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 190 g raw sugar
- 0.5 tsp Cloves, ground
- 0.5 tsp nutmeg, ground
- 0.5 tsp Ginger, ground

Preheat oven to 175 degrees celsius. Place milk and honey in bowl. Heat 3 mins/60deg/speed 2
Add remaining ingredients to bowl and mix for 20 secs/speed 4.
Place batter into loaf tin and bake for 45 minutes.
Tip
I am considering replacing the honey with golden syrup, this would make the cake a vegan option.
