Fabubliss Cacao Chia Balls
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 4 tablespoons water
- 80 grams macadamia nuts
- 160 grams almond meal
- 70 grams dessicated coconut
- 20 grams cacao powder
- 60 grams dried apricots, roughly chopped
- 160 grams Medjool Dates - Pitted, roughly chopped
- 80 grams Unrefined coconut oil
- desiccated coconut extra

1. Combine chia seeds and water in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Place macadamia nuts into TM bowl and mill 10 seconds, speed 9.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients plus the chia and water mixture to the TM bowl and mix 20 to 25 seconds speed 10 until well combined.
4. Roll into balls and coat with extra dessciated coconut.
Tip
Store in airtight container in the fridge.
I prefer to roughly chop the dried fruit a bit to make sure it combines nice and evenly rather than having to mix longer and over work it.
Reserve any left over extra dessicated coconut in an airtight container and use in the mixture of the next batch.

I love this recipe and often substitute with what ever nuts I have on hand. Great to have these available so I dont reach for the chocolate instead.
