Festive Chocolate Fudge
Tip
I make several different varieties & give them to friends & family at Christmas time.
Try dark chocolate with coffee & macadamias (see photo) or orange zest with cointreau in milk chocolate. Apricots & coconut also go well with white chocolate. Mint is lovely with dark chocolate & turkish delight is great with milk chocolate,

Comments
I add the marshmallows once the chocolate & butter have melted. I just stir them through the mixture and pour into a tin. I usually buy the white & pink mallow bites & separate the pink & white ones, then just add the white ones. The kids eat the pink ones! They love me making this - double dipping!
Thank you for posting this recipe. Can you please tell me when to put in the marshmallow bites and how much. Many thanks
