I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place Milk, Eggs, Honey and Corn Flour into TM bowl.
Heat 8 mins/90 degrees/Speed 3.
Serve hot or allow to cool.
Note: We use Clover Honey, which is quite sweet. Depending on personal tastes you can add or reduce honey without it changing the consistency. I also use 600g of milk if I want to make a bigger lot, and it still works great with the same amount of Eggs and Corn flour.

I love this custard, it’s my new fav. Thank you for a great recipie
Whole egg custard never tastes right, I prefer egg yolks. All I could taste was the eggs, loved using honey instead of sugar
We loved it made it the first day I got my thermi we used Mudgee bush honey it was a bit strong but I loved it so much flicker nice and creamy
If u add extra cornflour u can make it into a custard tart filling and fill the tart bases with the custard filling and sprinkle nutmeg on it yum!
Enjoyed tonight! Great recipe for quick and easy custard! Thanks
Quick and easy
Quite a thick custard. I think next time I'll try 20g cornflour and it should be a little thinner. That said, the kids loved it so maybe I'll just leave it as it is!
It was so lovely! I have been eating custard since I was very little and i found it had a great taste and I liked its consistency! Thanks for sharing!
the custard took longer to cook and I found it better on speed 4 rather than speed 3. Also i put it on for another 4 minutes to cook it thoroughly. other than that it was a great desert!!!
I used light milk and ended up with a delightful runny custard which would be great to serve over cake or pudding. Next time will use full cream milk and maybe more cornflour so I can serve it in glasses with fruit on top. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
