- 1 --- batch of lime or lemon curd, make first from EDC
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar, sieve on top before serving

Place self raising flour, sugar, and butter into TM bowl and mix for 5 seconds speed 6. Add eggs, lock lid and tubo 3-5 times until resembles bread crumbs. Press two thirds of mixture into prepared 23-25 cake tin lined with baking paper. Spread the lime or lemon curd over this and crumble the remaining mixture over the top. Bake 35-40 minutes in a 180 C oven. Dust with icing sugar before serving.

Sorry about the lack of butter. It's 100 grams. I was such a newbie and found it so hard to add recipies back in the day lol.
Love this cake, it is just like the German apple cake my Mum use to make. I have made it just like the recipe with lemon curd and also with stewed apple and pear. Thanks for a great recipe!

I would use 120 grams of butter.

The method says add butter but there's no butter in the ingredient list. Please could you update to put it in so we know how much?
