  • 100 grams melted butter

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 4 Limes Jucied, Zest one and keep aside
  • 470 grams double cream, Around a 430ml tub

Recipe's preparation

    Base
  1. Put biscuits into bowl and blitz for 10 seconds on speed 10.

  2. add melted butter and mix 10 seconds on speed 6.

  3. Place into pie tin and push down firmly using the flat part of your MC.

  4. Refridgerate till filling is prepared.

  5. Filling
  6. Insert Butterfly and add cream, condensed milk and lime juice and whip for 20 seconds on speed 6 or until thickened.

    Make sure you watch this step as it can turn into butter very quickly.

  7. Spoon filling on top of base and top with reserved lime zest.

  8. Refrigerate overnight or until firm. A minimum of 4 hrs.
