- 1 teaspoon bicarb
- 125 grams Milk
- 2 tablespoon apricot jam
- 1 tablespoon vinegar, white
Sauce
- 250 grams Milk
- 125 grams caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essences
- 120 grams Butter
- 125 grams hot water

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a ceramic baking dish and set aside.
Cream Butter & Sugar, 1min/speed3-4.
Insert butterfly. Place remaining pudding ingredients into mixing bowl and combine 1 min/speed 3-4.
Pour mix into prepared dish and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Insert butterfly. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and cook 6 min/100°C/speed 2.
Pour sauce over warm pudding and allow to soak into the cake.
