    Yummo!!! Made with frozen pineapple, banana, blueberries and of course macadamia. It took a while to blend but it's great recipe, thanks.

    Beautiful! I don't know why it's taken me so long to find this recipe, served it up for dairy intolerant guests at a bbq and it was delicious, even the kids scoffed it down like normal dairy ice cream! A great one for summer.

    Yummo! Creamy and delicious, I had unsalted macadamias in the cupboard so added some salt flakes but you could do without.  It does need at least another 30 secs on speed 10 to get the creamy consistency but this recipe is so easy and soooo yummy!

    I don't like bananas...but this gelato is absolutely delicious!! I will definitely make many more times during this summer!

    Wow! It tastes so sinfully creamy! I had no macadamias so just whizzed up the banana & mango. Guess what. It tasted amazing. Going to buy some macadamia & do that next time.  tmrc_emoticons.)

    I used strawberries as mangos are not in season. Everyone loved it and it was so easy. A wonderful finish to a three course Thermomix dinner.  Love
