Recipe's preparation

  1. Place choc ripple biscuits and mints in bowl blend 10 secs/speed 7

  2. Add 3/4 tin of condensed milk then combine 30 sec Dough mode"Dough mode"

  3. Place onto two prepared sheets of foil and roll into logs using foil to assist and wrapping tight.

     

  4. Place in fridge for 6 hours

     

    Remove foil and slice

    I used pkt of chocolate thins, and oddfellows are mints for those that don't know (quite large and not the ones with a shiny surface). Also guessed around 1/2 - 3/4 can condensed milk. Only blitzed for about 3 seconds as I like some chunky bits of mint. Then rolled into small balls and rolled in coconut. Would be even better rolled in crushed candy cane if giving as Christmas gift. Thanks telinamoore as this is so much easier in TM - I used to worry about my food processor breaking.
