- 100 g almonds, with or without skins
- 200 g Self Raising Flour
- 100 g brown sugar
- 50 g Butter
- 70 g Philly Cream Cheese
Stewed Fruit
- 4 peaches, quartered
- 80 g raw sugar, or to taste

Heat oven to 200 degrees fan forced (or if a very hot oven 180 degrees)
Crush almonds on Turbo holding down for 1 second at a time until roughly chopped.
Add remaining ingredients
Mix on Turbo 5 times holding down for 1 second each time or until reaches a crumbly texture
Set aside
Add quartered peaches and chop 3 seconds, speed 7
Add sugar
Cook 100 degrees, 5 mins, speed 1 (MC on)
Pour into oven proof baking dish and cover with reserved crumble
Cook in the oven for 20 minutes
