  • 2 tbsp Tbsp rapadura or raw sugar

Recipe's preparation

    Poaching syrup
  1. Add all ingredients except fruit.  Cook 5 minutes 100 degrees speed 2, add peeled and cut into 1/2 or 1/3 rds kiwifruit and set on reverse Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" and poach for 10 minutes 100 degrees.  Take fruit out and reduce poaching syrup by cooking a further 5 minutes on Varoma MCOff. Pour over fruit. Delicious

Can reserve reduced poaching syrup and serve on the side
