Recipe's preparation

  1. Add almond flour , coconut , and goji berries to TM bowl and mix 15 seconds/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /Speed 2 until evenly distributed

  2. Add coconut oil and rice malt syrup to bowl and mix 15 seconds Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 4 until a consistent mixture forms

  3. Use an ice cream scoop or a spoon and form balls that sit nicely in the palm of your hand. To prevent them sticking as you shape them coat your hands with coconut oil.

  4. This mixture should make a12 bites. Chill in freezer before serving

you can roll in additional coconut if preferred
