- 25 g unsalted butter
- 100 g pink and white marshmellows, cut in halve
- 100 g macadamia nuts
- 25 g raisins

Line tray with baking paper
Roughly break up chocolates and place into bowl blitz for 3 sec / speed 10
Add butter into bowl and melt together for 2 mins/ 40/ spead .5
Scrape down sides of bowl
Melt together for 2 mins/ 40/ spead .5
Add remaining ingredients and mix 30 secs /speed 1
"Counter-clockwise operation" Spread into pan, place in fridge to chill for 2 hours
