Ingredients
- 125 g Butter
- 115 g sugar
- 70 g brown sugar
- 5 g vanilla essence, or 1/2 teaspoon
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 240 g SR flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 200 g Cadbury Choc chips

Add butter, sugars and vanilla to the bowl and creme together 50sec/sp4
Scrape down side of bowl and place mc into lid then set timer and speed to 1min/sp3 and pour lightly beaten egg onto the edge of mc so that the egg will be gradually add whilst the contents of the bowl are mixing
add flour and salt and mix for 1min/sp3
add choc chips and mix 30sec/sp2.5"Counter-clockwise operation"
form cookie dough into small balls and place on lined baking tray allowing room for the cookies to spread
cook in moderate over for 10-12 mins or until golden brown
Tip
when you remove cookies from oven allow them to cool on tray for 5 mins before tranfering to a wire rack as the will still be soft!
You can also add chopped walnuts to these cookies when you add the choc chips
Moderate over temp between 160 -180 degrees
