I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Chop fruit and nuts 5 sec intervals / speed 6 until of desired size and set aside. Chop chocolate and cocao butter 30 sec /speed 7.
Melt chocolate and cocao butter in TM bowl 2 min/60 deg/"Gentle stir setting" , increase time if necessary.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix on speed"Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting" until combined well.
Pour into a lined loaf tin or something similar. Press down and smooth the top with the folded over top of the baking paper.
I used a small narrow tin 250mm x 80mm, but any loaf tin will do.
Chill for 4 hours, then slice thinly. Serve small slices as it is very rich. Must be refrigerated.
Tip
Santa will love this!
This is a beautiful rich slice. Choose the fruit and nuts to complement the Xmas colours eg red and green glace cherries, pistachios, cranberries, goji berries and ginger.
Nuts can be omitted.
Packaged in celophane and ribbons it makes it perfect for gift giving!

Yum, wafer thin was a real treat with pistachios, even think Cadbury choc would be great!! Very nice!
Cacao butter can be purchased at health shops. it can be left out but just use the same amount of chocolate .
I sometimes mix dark and milk chocolate together- depends on what is available at the time. Homemade chocolate is also great.
I'm loving it, thankyou!
Should the fruit and nuts be set aside after chopping and before putting the chocolate and butters in to be chopped and melted? Could you also please edit out the extra butter which appears in the method if it is a mistake. This looks so yummy but the method needs clarifying.

What is cacao butter and where do I buy it?
TOO good for Santa
In your method you say "Melt chocolates , cocao butter, and butter in TM bowl". You don't have butter in your ingredients (only the cacao butter). Could you specify the amount please.
Soooo delicious and easy! :
