Ice Cream
- 180 g sugar, (I use raw)
- 250 g Milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 600 g cream

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Place sugar into bowl and blitz 20 seconds, speed 8.
Add milk and vanilla. Mix 2 minutes, speed 4.
Add cream and mix 15 seconds, speed 4.
Place into air-tight container and freeze until partially solid (I freeze for 4 hours).
Remove from freezer. Insert butterfly into bowl and add partially frozen ice cream. Mix 90 seconds, speed 4. Refreeze for another 4 hours.
Remove from freezer. Insert butterfly again and add ice cream. Mix for 1 minute, speed 4. Refreeze.
