I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- 1. Hull and half 250g of the fresh strawberries. These are for decoration.

6. Drizzle the orange juice (not the 4tbsp) over the sponge fingers. Set the dish aside. - 1. Add 20g of the sugar, the 4tbsp orange juice, the lemon juice and 250g strawberries (not the cut ones that were put aside before) to the mixing bowl.
2. Puree for 30s on speed 10.
3. Spread this puree over the sponge fingers.
4. Briefly rinse bowl with cold water. - 1. If you need to whip your cream, do this now (sp3 with butterfly, look up Basic Cook Book for instructions).

Tip
Fruit Tiramisu as a lighter alternative to coffee and alcohol based traditional Tiramisu (which also includes raw egg) is a common dish in Germany.
This would probably work with any berries. Just make sure you use the nice looking fresh ones for decoration and the frozen ones for the puree.
My son helped me with this. As it only involves hulling strawberries, I think it should be fine for kids. Maybe half the orange and lemon for them and help them with the squeezing.
This is not my creation. The original recipe and therefore the credits go to MonaLisaL on the German recipecommunity:
https://www.rezeptwelt.de/profile/monalisal/153633
In the original recipe, she uses a dish of half the size and layers everything twice. Also, the white layer remained white, whereas in my case it started mixing with the strawberry puree. However, this did not affect the taste and my daughter loved it because it was pink

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Lovely idea. My daughter hates coffee, but we love Tiramisu. I'd like to try this recipe and perhaps use some strawberry liqueur.
