I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place all ingredients in the TM bowl and mix for 5 seconds on speed 6 to combine
Turn speed down to 4 and mix for 25 seconds for a smooth batter
Heat waffle iron and spray with olive oil or a dab of butter in each side
Pour roughly 1/4 to 1/3 of a cup of mixture into each side of the waffle iron (amount will depend on the size and shape of your iron).
Cook for about one minute then turn the iron (if you have a stove top one like mine) and cook for a further minute on the other side. Continue this way until the waffles are cooked through and browned on each side. When the waffles are cooked, they should fall away from the top of the iron when opened.
Respray your iron with oil or dab with more butter about half way through the batter.
Keep warm in the oven and serve with your favourite toppings.
This amount of batter filled my waffle iron 6 times making 12 individual waffles.

thanks for the recipe, SO easy, yummy and quick too. It's going into my favourites!
I wonder if you can freeze them?
These are delicious!
I found you can taste the baking powder. I found if I eat them plain the taste of baking powder is really strong (and not very pleasant) but once topped it's not noticeable. I will try 1 less teaspoon next time to see if they still work but otherwise this is my new everyday waffle recipe.
I used the cupcake pen (from mix shop) to fill my waffle iron and it was a game changer! So easy to use and super easy clean up.
I just toasted one to reheat for my breaky (I batch cook for quick weekday breakfasts) and it was still crunchy on the outside and super light and fluffy on the inside, a big winner for me and my kids!
Makes heaps and so poofy
Best waffle recipe on this site!
So easy and delicious
A go to recipe ,so Quick and easy and yummy
So easy and tasty...... this will definitely be my go to recipe in future. Thanks for the recipe.
Delish & crispy! Love that i didnt have to seperate the eggs!
"Dough mode" Very easy! Appears runny, but fluffs up nicely when cooked. My go-to now as it’s so quick.
Really easy! My youngest son doesn’t like bought waffles but actually liked these. I may add some honey to make slightly sweeter as per my oldest request.
I had had to toast them a little extra in the toaster as my electric waffle maker doesn’t brown them enough.
