1. Place chocolate into TM bowl.
"Closed lid" Turbo twice. Then melt, 3 mins 70 degrees, Speed 22. Add remaining ingredients. Mix
"Counter-clockwise operation" 15 seconds, Speed 43. Pour into foil tray or lined lamington tray and place in fridge for 30 mins. Then remove from tray and cut into desired portions.
