I halved this recipe and it turned out nicely. I used less lemon as others had suggested, but also found it hard to melt the chocolate through the mixture. Not sure if it was my chocolate or if the recipe could be improved?
Was a nice recipe.
The lemon was overpowering so will use a little less next time.
Delicious and light dessert! Very easy to make. Dinner guests loved it!
Never set and was more like a yoghurt consistency rather than a mousse. Taste was spot on, a little zesty perhaps, but more than anything, after 9hrs in the fridge it was disappointed it hadnt firmed up. Perhaps I didnt fold the mixture well enough, or not enough gelatine. Who knows.
So easy! Super Yum!!!
Delicious and super easy!
I used 6 gelatine sheets (instead of powered gelatine) soaked in warm water for 5 minutes to soften. Looking forward to sharing with my family and friends .
Thanks - this was lovely

i had the problem of the chocolate sticking to side of the bowl so when it came time to put into glasses, it was more a strawberry mousse as the chocolate hadnt blended in with the mixture...not sure how to rectify this??
What speed am I meant to put it on to whip?
