Custard

20 grams white chocolate bits
35 grams raw sugar
15 grams Corn Flour
1 egg
250 grams Milk
dash cinnamon

Recipe's preparation

Add white chocolate to mixing bowl

Grate for 7 seconds / speed 9

Add sugar and flour to bowl

Mill for 7 seconds / speed 10

Add egg and milk to bowl

Cook for 5 1/2 minutes / 90 degrees / speed 4

Pour and serve and sprinkle cinnamon on top to balance out the sweetness!

Tip

Serves well with strawberries
