cocoa - energy balls (vegan&raw)
- 200 g almonds
- 100 g dates, pitted
- 5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp cinnamon, Ceylon
- 1 tbsp vanilla bean
- 1 tbsp seeds, hemp
- 1 dashes Almond milk, or other plant based milk
outside
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Oat flakes

- Almonds 10sek on speed 7 . Than all the ingredients in the TM and 45sek mixing "Counter-clockwise operation" .
If the dough seems to be to try add the dash of milk and mix again.
Use a teaspoon to carefully scoop up the mixture and roll it into balls. Repeat until all of the mixture has been used.
Roll the balls in your favourite layer. I took coconut falkes.
Put them in an airtight container in the frigde, they will get firmer and are a nice snack for school or work.

Tip
You can try out your favourite dry fruit and nuts or go nutfree with oat meal, vegan dark chocolate is nice too.
