- 8 strawberries, Hulled plus extra to serve
- 125 grams Sweet red vermouth
- 125 grams gin
- 80 grams Cointreau
- 1 orange, Thinly sliced
- 1/2 Lebanese cucumber, Sliced
- sprigs mint leaves, fresh, Handful
- 700 grams Lemonade

Place washed hulled strawberries in bowl and whizz on high. Strain thru sieve if you prefer then return to bowl with alcoholic beverages. Pulse a couple of times. Fill a large jug with ice cubes and add other ingredients including extra sliced strawberries and pour lemonade into strawberry mix, then add to jug. Enjoy!
