Ingredients

  • 1 mango, frozen in chunks
  • 1 banana, frozen in chunks
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1/2 bunch Baby Spinach Leaves, (handfull from a bag)
  • 20 g coconut oil
  • 100 g ice cubes, half a tray
  • 250 g water

Recipe's preparation

    Tropical Smoothie
  1. Place all ingredients in TMX bowl. Blend for 60-90s, speed 9.

Tip

Freeze in ice moulds for delicious icy poles.

For variations :

Change coconut oil to flax seed oil, or hemp seed oil.

The baby spinach makes this a sweet smoothie, try using other green leaves for a different taste

Add spirulina (1/2 tsp) for a really green smoothie.
