    Delicious. My kids love tuna.

I omitted leek and serve mine with squeeve lemon juice and corn chips (hubbbys family tradition)

Tried this again, but this time with a cheesy mashed potato topping - much nicer.

Also threw a good amount of baby spinach in at the same time as tuna and it was nice.

This was actually the first meal I cooked with my new thermomix. I'd been really busy with work and meetings the day the thermomix was delivered, and hadn't had time to shop for dinner - so decided to find a meal that would use pantry and freezer items. We've always loved tuna/pasta bakes, so I gave it a go. It has become a regular on our menu, and an easy go-to dish. I don't always have the exact ingredients, but just tweak the basic recipe to suit. Awesome to toss into lunchboxes the next day as well. Thank you tmrc_emoticons.)

Not bad, but not great to us either.

Seemed a bit topping heavy for our tastes so next time I will try doubling the mornay part to a similar amount of topping, and even increasing the cheese to bread ratio.
