Recipe's preparation

    Meat
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

    2. Add all ingredients to the Closed lid"Closed lid" and mix 15 sec/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /sp4. Add 5 secs if not completely combined.

    3. Divide mixture into 2 and press into 2 rectangles approx the size of an A4 sheet of paper onto an oiled surface.

  2. Cream Cheese Filling
  3. No need to clean the bowl because majority of the meat has been removed.

    1. Add parsley and garlic cloves to the Closed lid"Closed lid" and chop 5 secs/sp 9.

    2. Add onion and bacon and chop for a further 5 sec/sp 5.

    3. Add cream cheese to the Closed lid"Closed lid" and mix for 10 sec/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /sp4.

    4. Divide mixture between the 2 mince sheets and spread evenly over the top.

    5. Roll into 2 fairly tight logs and place onto a greased tray. This can crumble a little but just press it back together and it will be fine.

  4. Glaze
  5. For the glaze you can use whatever you like whether it be tomato sauce, bbq sauce, honey or a mix of all 3. I just spread it over the top of both of the loaves.

Then bake for approx 45 mins depending on your oven.

    SLice and ENJOY tmrc_emoticons.-)

  6. This is what the beef stroganoff packet looks like if some people have never seen it. Its with all of the herbs/garlic/flavour packets in the supermarket.

Tip

These loaves can either be frozen prior to cooking or afterwards for a super quick mid week meal tmrc_emoticons.-)

    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

I made this tonight. I used leftover blue cheese dip i had previously made with added bacon and onion. It was a bit sloppy and difficult to roll for the first hald so i used a bit less on the second one. It's delicious and so easy! And my rolling will improve with practice

Amazing alright!!! Just delicious. I made one loaf, added spinach in the centre and included grated carrot and zucchini. It also split whilst cooking, not sure why. Any ideas?

Will be a regular from now on, thanks for posting! tmrc_emoticons.)

Recipe could be halved but I understand why you need to make two, as one is just not enough.  Lovely tmrc_emoticons.p tmrc_emoticons.p
