COCONUT CURRY TURKEY MEATBALLS
Meat balls
- 1 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 lime juice
- 2 level tablespoon dried basil
- 1 level tsp ground ginger
- 1 level tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 level tsp cumin seed, ground
- 1/4 level tsp chilli flake, dried
- 1/4 level tsp Salt and Peper
- 1 tsp coriander seed, ground
- 1 egg
- 50 g almond meal
- 500 g turkey mince
Sauce
- 1 cans coconut milk
- 1 level tbsp red curry paste
- 1 level tbsp almond butter
- 2 level tbsp lime juice
- 1 garlic clove

- Add carrot, zucchini and garlic into the bowl. Chop for 3 seconds spped 7.
- Add all other meatball ingredients and kneed for 60 seconds"Warm Up"
- Roll into approx 40g balls. And fry in a large fry pan until cooked.
- Meanwhile wash and dry bowl.
- Add garlic, chop for 3 second speed 5, scrape down bowl
- All all other sauce ingredients. Cook for 5 mins 90degrees speed 2
- Pour sauce over meatballs, serve on top of rice or cauliflower rice
