Ingredients

  • 30 gram Canola/Vegetable Oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1 level tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 2 level tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 level tablespoon salt
  • 1 level teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 level teaspoon brown sugar
  • 800 grams Chicken Thigh Fillet, Sliced
  • 1 bunch fresh basil

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place oil in the TM bowl and heat for 2 minutes at Veroma temperature on Speed 1

    2. Add Garlic and Chilli, saute and chop for 2 minutes at 100 degrees on Speed 4. Scrap herbs down side of bowl with spatula

    3. Add Chicken and all remaining ingredients and cook for 20 minutes at 100 degrees on Reverse at Speed Soft.

    4. Serve with steam rice

    Tasty dish but some changes I'd make is:

    don't add salt (it was salty enough with the fish sauce and soy sauce)

    cook for less than 20mins (was overcooked)

    add some veg

    it says put onto speed soft, I wouldn't do more than the stir setting, it chopped up the chicken too much

    otherwise yummy dish

    I left out the chili and added ginger, this dish is amazing! thank you loved by my family of five!

    Do not slice the thighs too finely.  About 4 - 5 pieces per thigh.

    Just made this recipe and it was nice but definitely doesn't need any salt, it was way too salty.
